How to Apply

How do I start the enrollment process?
Begin by scheduling an initial interview. This visit allows you to meet me, tour the child care space, review the handbook and contract, and discuss your family’s needs.
What happens after the first interview?
If you’d like to move forward, you may request a second interview. During this visit, we complete the contract, discuss your child’s start date, and collect the $300 registration fee to hold your spot.
When is my child officially enrolled?
Once the contract is signed and the registration fee is paid, I provide all enrollment forms that must be completed before your child begins care. Your child is then officially registered for their assigned start date.
Do you recommend transition visits?
Yes. Before the official start date, families are encouraged to schedule short, staggered visits (when possible). These help your child adjust comfortably to the new environment.
What are your tuition rates?
Full-time care begins at $350/week for children age 3 and under and $300/week for children ages 4 and older. Tuition is due prior to the service week and is required regardless of attendance.
What hours do you offer?
Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. Each family’s exact schedule is written into their contract based on work hours and travel time.
Are meals and snacks provided?
Yes. I participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and provide all meals and snacks at no additional cost.
Is there anything I should bring to the interview?
Just your questions and your child (if you’d like them to visit!). You’ll receive all required paperwork after the second interview.
